Participation with IESRA as a Referee requires that you have appropriate experience and are registered with USSF in the State of Washington, as managed via the Washington State Referee Committee (SRC). IESRA supports the use of the SRC "Token" to obtain USSF Registration information from the SRC for the purposes of registering with IESRA.

Therefore, if you are not already defined to IESRA as a Referee and would like to sign up to participate in our Chapter, please follow these instructions:

1. Point your Browser at the SRC Site (www.wasrc.org)
2. Follow the procedures used at the SRC to logon there (see the SRC Logon function)
3. Once logged on, click to Referee: Token and click "Generate Token"
4. Return to this page and enter the Token into the following form and click "Register"

If you are not successful with this process, please follow the instructions below that apply to your circumstance:

I am not registered with USSF

Registration with the USSF is a prerequisite for participation with IESRA. The SRC Site contains a lot of information about how to Register properly, including when and where all authorized training programs and Referee Clinics will be held

I cannot get logged on at the SRC site

Please follow the instructions on the SRC Site as to how to properly obtain and utilize your SRC SiteName. IESRA is not capable of assisting you directly on this matter and we would encourage you to interact with the appropriate SRC support staff and personnel.

I cannot figure out how to obtain a Token

Please read the numbered instructions above. You must logon at the SRC and obtain the Token there.

I'm not a Washington State Referee, but would like access to IESRA

If you are not a USSF Referee registered in Washington State with the State Referee Committee and still need LOGON Access. Please send an Email message to webmaster@SpokaneRef.org indicating if you are a USSF Referee registered outside the state of Washington, or a FIFA referee registered outside of the USA, or a WOA official who is not also a USSF referee, or a Client of IESRA, or you need access to SpokaneRef.org for some other reason.
